    There were changes in the college scouting after this years draft. Scouting changes typically happen after the draft. One of the knocks on McConkey coming out was his last year injury history limiting his playing time.

    He's not playing both ways as a pro. Maybe some snaps on offense but certainly not killing 2 birds. It's well past time to reduce his load if he wants a significant pro career length

    3-4 doesn't necessarily have to go. That's just reactionary. The leagues top defenses are dominated by the 3-4.
