I wish we were drafing top 5

I don't really care about resources. I just think Evero is a good candidate. Tepper is far from the only one who would hire him. He was getting interest at HC before he came here and made our defense respectable amongst the turmoil and scheme change.
-
I have exactly as much hope in Morgan as anyone they could bring in. Clean house sounds great I guess but isn't practical. If you say you don't know what he did then you don't read about the team
-
If you like Evero why would you care and how would you know they didn't like Evero too?
-
This is a great sign !

It's kind of stupid to play that game. Chasing the success of like 2 or 3 young offensive coaches.
-
Excitement is irrelevant. Excitement was abundant last year. This will take a lot of hard grunt work to fix.
-
I just can't get past the disconnect between "we are the worst destination" and "why aren't we getting the shiny object candidate "
-
I'm a lot more concerned about losing Evero and him being very successful
-
Blah blah blah blah
-
I'm done getting up or down about decisions until they are given time. Happy for Dan. I saw him at Best Buy in South Charlotte circa 2003 buying dvds with wife/girlfriend. Neat story
-
I never liked trading up and then it was for baby Bryce. I.bought in to the Huddle and local fake analyst hype of him being a genius and hoped for the best. So far F- disaster
-
Morgan was tasked with scouting for 3-4 conversion. I doubt he was scouting QBs or drove that initiative as assistant GM. But whatever

Joe Milton next to Bryce Young

These can't be very in depth interviews

fug I'm sick of the Chiefs. Go Ravens

Lol.....you were the biggest Bryce homer here. Explain what you saw.

So What Are We Doing About the Offensive Line During This Offseason?
csx replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
People want new innovative offense but don't have any patience to do it. Do you really want to be stuck with power run forever? -
That's just one test. Not exactly analytics at all. Like I said nobody even knows what it means but they have strong opinions.

Hopefully we don't tie our offensive future to the personelof the past. You want to land a new offensive mind then have him play Fox ball? -
Analytics have served the Ravens well. I don't think anyone here knows what it is beyond the assumption that it's the root of our problems. (The root is actually poor scouting and decision making by a lifetime scout) https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35189929/2022-nfl-analytics-survey-most-least-analytically-inclined-teams-overrated-underrated-players-more

Stuck with Bryce

I probably used wrong words. But guys like Bill and Jim can do whatever they want or just retire. I'm certain they let out who they will interview for and it should be no surprise we wouldn't be on that list. Being the worst franchise has consequences.
