  1. Tremble, Metchie III, Isiah Simmons will make the roster. Pretty sure FOrsythe will be replaced By Brady once he is fully healed
  2. Devonte Marshall from NC State please, Deonte Lawson from Alabama please, Isiah World from Oregon please.
  3. Looking at York (ILB), Fisher (ILB), or Wright (TE) for our last pick. I'd love to see some guys like Micah Morris, (G-Georgia), Devon Marshall, (CB - NC State), Reiger (EDGE - Wisconsin), Peyton (EDGE-LSU), Dallen Bently (TE - Utah) as UDFA
  4. Buffalo holds one of the best spots for a trade or a well thought out pick. Do we keep calling Beane like a psycho X girlfriend to see if they'll take XL for the 1st pick of the 4th? Is this where we could possibly take a shot on McCoy? If we could pull a little magic out of the hat and leave this round with McCoy and Genesis Smith I'd be over the moon. I like Joe Royer at #158, Jack Kelly at #196, and Pat Coogan at #200
  5. With the Vikings getting Big Citrus I see why we made the trade
  6. Dude, Tet, Coker, XL, Metchie, JHjr.... not a bad WR room. We can surely play fug it and Chuck it. I see our next pick either being taking a shot on McCoy or a solid Y TE like Raridon or Wright?
  7. This was a huge need. If the Jets were going to draft him, I get it. The only other NT I really liked was Big Citrus, we would have needed to trade to get him too. What I hate is that the damn Saints have drafted two players I really liked in Miller and Delp. There is about to be a safety run.... Kilgore incoming?
  8. Lemon's interview basically seals why we didn't draft him. He doesn't carry himself like Horn, Brown, Bryce, Tet or any of our other top guys
  9. Lemon looks like he may already have some CTE with that eye movement and his speech.
  10. I'm on team trade back. Now would he be available at this position? likely not, but I'd take McNiel-Warren in the same spot. We need high upside starters at DL and S more than any other spot. Late 1st round picks are for starters not necessarily superstars.
  11. Brooks was a total freak accident. I still think he has great football in front of him. XL is a tough call. I think Mingo just didn't have it. XL, hopefully, just got a big head and did not take himself seriously during his first off-season. If he has learned after last year's struggles that's a bonus. I wouldn't be past keeping XL for the next two years AND drafting another WR this year. Only owing 4.4 million over two years is a bargain compared to signing a free agent. He may not get a jersey this year on game days. If we don't go WR in the first round I wouldn't opposed to looking at Elijah Sarratt, Germie Bernard, or Antonio Williams in the second or trade up from 83.
  12. taking into consideration of our free agent signings I have constructed the perfect mock draft: I trade back in the first, trade TE Sanders and a future 4th to get pick #83. Somehow I screwed up my #119 pick, but with all the moving and shaking I did it really didn't matter. If I wanted to add the additional 3rd round picks I would have needed to sacrifice that pick. The image doesn't show Michael Taaffe at 159, Micah Morris at 200, and Patrick Payton at 235
  13. I like Coogan, Zhun, Parker, Gulbin, and Barton as Center prospects because of their versatility. Aside from center, we need to improve our guard depth. Zavala is not it. I'd love to see Gennings Dunker give center a shot.
  14. I'm warming up the the idea of a WR in the first round. It's a toss up there between WR and DT. I'm trade back all day if possible. I like Shelton or Crownover even if we need to go a round early. 2nd round is a prime spot for a LB if it is Hill, Rodriguez, or Golday. CB is a sneaky need. There are a bunch of nickel guys, but I'd rather hit on a tall boundary corner. My perfect draft hit on sticktothemodel:
  15. Truth. His second surgery and rehab have been done by NFL doctors with him being a primary focus. I suspect he will be back better than he was the first time.
  16. I was scrolling X (Twitter) and I came across this clip....If I shows up here I'd be shocked. Anyway it was supposed to highlight the blocking ability of Antonio Williams. All I noticed is how well Blake Miller moved on pulls and in space. I'm thinking it should be Miller Time in Carolina. I think with half a season of coaching that either Miller or Iheanachor could end up at LT, specifically Iheanachor with his footwork and those super long arms. He's raw, but that could be a good thing with those natural athletic gifts. https://x.com/NFL_DF/status/2033992963659796861?s=20
  17. Here is my perfect mock draft...I have no idea why McDonald fell so far, but I would supplement him with Domonique "Big Citrus" Orange in real life. This draft would cook!!!!
  18. I would be happy with Freeling or Fano in R1. I really don't see how we don't draft OL in R1. I honestly could see us trade back for one of our mid round picks to grab one extra and draft up to 3 linemen in this draft. There is good guard/swing linemen available rounds 4 and later.
  19. The Broncos ate an 85 million cap charge and recovered fairly well. Adjusted for cap inflation, that cap charge is nearly the same.
  20. You eat by keeping him in the building, pushing him through a thorough rehabilitation process, and making that a 17 million dollar investment. If Icky isn't grinding the ENTIRE time, you know he's not an investment for the future. If he kills it during his rehab, you may have a solid guard at a discount price for at least one season. It may not be a career killer, Jack Conklin returned. Didn't Slater from LAC tear his too? Remember when an Achilles tear was a career ending injury? Jimmy and Joes like us, would never be the same, but Icky is a 1% athlete regardless of how much crap a message board gives him. But like LAC, you draft a back-up plan early.
  21. Trade Ashawn and a 5th round pick. That helps with the $$$$
  22. Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience. That's bad business.
  23. OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need. I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want. You need that rookie contract right now. Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season. Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season. There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future. Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future. I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside. Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway. If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later. Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price. You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky. I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA. Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage. They could both work in tandem. Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless. Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3. We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
