Is cooper rush better than bryce young he just won against cammandos and put up huge stats on texans both defenses right at same level as chiefs.

Chris Long: Bryce Young Went Toe To Toe With Patrick Mahomes
fanpanther replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
Bryce has had 3 to 4 ok games in his career. All of his career stats are terrible his last few games have been better but everyone is ready to jump on bryce train after an ok few games and forget what they have had to watch last 2 years. Andy dalton has still had way better games as a panther than young and he sucks. -
Chris Long: Bryce Young Went Toe To Toe With Patrick Mahomes
fanpanther replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think alot of people commentit jake had a week arm only remmeber post tj surgery. His arm was way better than youngs. Young showed improvement last game but that doesn't make his arm stronger he still needs to be able to step into his throws to have any velocity as far a qbs the pantherd have had clausen and young have similiar arms -

He had a good game. The biggest difference is panther fans have watched him for the last 2 years and have seen such horrific qb play its hard to believe this isnt just a fluke. Looking back matt moore kyle allen almost every qb going back has had a few really good games where they seemed amazing thr matt moore vs favre vikings game comes to mind. Hopefully he keeps improving he had a good game not amazing but good. -

He has missed alot of games 14 in 2021 5 in 2022 12 in 2023 and i cant remember if he has missed any this year but would be scary to sign him long term big money. -
Until the last few games he was probably the worse qb on any roster in the nfl. He has played much better. Lots of games left but at this moment if I were GM I would still be drafting best qb available.
-
Hard not to think the chiefs greatly overlooked the panthers
-
1 more win maybe. Could also see no more wins. Take best qb available in draft or trade back for more pics take best qb available.
-
Right now he is 12 in passing yards for the week and 14 in qbrating for the week. Definatly an improvement hopefully he can keep improving. But was his best to second best game of his career
-
He looked better and almost hit the second 300 yard game of his career. Even if he plays like this rest of the year the panthers need to bring in competition. Early qb pic or decent veteran.

Serious Thoughts Fellas What numbers would Bryce..

Real Mid-Season Development at QB: Bo Nix
fanpanther replied to Bear Hands's topic in Carolina Panthers
Bix has more tds through his first 11 games than bryce has his entire career....no comparison at all he made amazing throws during his first games his decision making just keeps getting better. Young does not have the physical ability ro make the rhrows bo makes -
real question is over under for young going over 200 yards passing. I predict 15 of 25 156 yards 1td and 2 ints
-
100% i read one artivle tucker attempted 92 kicks 50 yards or longer pinero has tried 11 or something like that
-
First time I watched him play in forever and he was horrific against the panthers. on a side not saw an article on taysom hill if the dude coudl stay healthy he could put up some crazy numbers
-
And then tons of articles come out about bryce young proving the doubters wrong and how canalas should show more faith in him lol
-
Carolina may not "be sold" on young (per athletic)
fanpanther replied to Champagnepapi704's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not sure how anyone would expect fields to succeed here. Terrible in chicago benced for wilson with pitt and somehow he would make it in carolina...lol -
I think least vs most penalized doesnt work. More attention needs to be paid to when the penalties are called and if they effected the outcome of the game. One call can decide most nfl games if you extend a drive or kill a drive. I remember watching a panthers game a few years back the other team was penalized way more than the panthers but all the penalties happened at times that basically made no difference, but then the panthers lost on a bad pass interference call at the end that decided the outcome but just looking at penalties it seemed opposite than what really happened during the game. Everything goes back to money and rich people always want more. In baseball, soccer, and basketball refs have been bought and paid for to change the points spread for gamblers. It would be naive to think the same has not happened in the nfl to some level. Maybe its just coincidence that certain things happen.... but there is always the famous quote no such thing as coincidence...

I dont think there is a bias against the panthers but with that said I do feel nfl referees influence games. It doesnt take much at all to change the outcome of nfl games. Just call a penalty when a drive is stalling to extend the drive. To make it look even call a penalty against the other team but make sure to call it at a time that it doesnt help them or hurt them from scoring. This way penalties look even but actually they are not even at all. Would love to see someone follow nfl penalties and look at them as how they effected the game vs if they were just called but had no effect. I think gambling has effected it alot I am not conviced alot of nfl games are not influenced maybe not completely rigged but influenced by controversial calls. The chiefs with swifts massive following seem to get the most beneficial calls of any team ever.

Brown had young to work with hard to judge any coach who has him as qb.
