Ball was behind him. That should've been an easy TD.
-
This feels like an immenent Cam Akers fumble.
-
This is the full embracement of shooting for 8-9.
-
I really do have to wonder... just how bad is Trey Lance?
-
Wow. Kittle probably hits his head on the goalpost if that ball is just in the right area code.
-
Good for the Bengals. Felt like the Chiefs were gonna run away with it in the 1st half. Everyone who thinks we're gonna fix this team by building an OL... the Bengals' OL is just as bad as ours. They just have Joe Burrow and actual NFL coaching.
-
Holy poo, that guy is trash.
-
Kelce is great. He's basically Greg Olsen with better YAC ability.
-
If Cincy can't get some pressure on Mahomes they're not going to have a shot. You give this guy time like that and it's hopeless. Especially when he's basically playing "find Eli Apple".
-
He's gotta keep the pass rush honest because his OL's pass protection capability is as bad as ours was this year.
-
Cincy needed that, but KC is gonna score again before half.
-
This will be fun to watch. I've always said that the only difference between McD's Broncos stint and Lane Kiffen's Raiders stint is that Al Davis aired the dirty laundry and the Broncos didn't. Evidently the Raiders never got that memo.
-
This is over.
-
This is gonna get ugly. Cincy's OL already sucks. If they get out in must throw mode Burrow is gonna get killed.
-
Did I stutter? Mahomes at his best is better than anyone else I've ever seen.
-
He's Favre minus the turnovers which is about as close to perfect as you can get.
-
Mahomes is the best QB I've ever seen. We'll see how his career pans out, but honestly Mahomes at his best is just better than anyone else.
-
Yep. Force the officials to call it the same way. You want this to be a '90s type game? Okay.
-
What a throw. That was DPI.
-
Reid really botched that. How do you waste a timeout there?
-
This. All of this. I'm a believer in Willis' tools but we are NOT the right situation for a QB prospect like him. Hell, we aren't the right situation for ANY QB prospect, but if we're talking a shot at one IMO it's a two horse race between Howell and Corral.
-
Yeah, winning a SB... that'll show 'em the error of their ways! Then they flip Jimmy G to us for two 1sts and Brian Burns.
-
I just don't see any evidence that Rhule thinks investing heavily in the QB position unless it's for a proven high caliber vet (who ain't signing off on coming here) is how to build a winner in the NFL. We'll see if faceplanting twice changes his perception but I'm not holding my breath.
-
Not having the Bengals and Chiefs as the late game is a significant scheduling blunder IMO.

We need a coach. Bridgewater could've been that guy for us. But despite these guys talking about a rebuild, five year process, etc. everything they've actually done has indicated that they thought they were smarter than everyone else and this was going to be a quick and easy turnaround. Kirk Cousins is a good QB. If you put him on the best roster in the NFL you can compete for a SB. Kirk Cousins on a rookie contract would be something to work with. But paying Kirk Cousins legit starter money hamstrings you. He doesn't make enough of a difference to eat up that much cap space. The ceiling for a team with Kirk Cousins is competing for a wildcard spot unless you hit some draft classes out of the park. That's just reality.
