I definitely think there's at least one OL that is on the final roster that isn't on the current roster. Same for LB. I feel pretty good at DE and I think we'll roll with our own youngsters for the CB depth.
-
At least we went out and signed a couple of mid-level FAs and drafted two OL. I disagreed with those mid-level FA signings but they were moves intended to bolster our roster. I'm holding out hope for the draft picks.

You're quoting something from a year ago. The CDC's early tests were garbage. That's a well known fact. We didn't buy the WHO's tests because we wanted to create our own and they were trash. That hasn't been relevant for a long time now.

Honestly, it wasn't meant to be a smartass response. That's just the answer.

Because Igo put it here and it's his website.

Why do you trust the flu tests if you don't trust the COVID tests? COVID is simply out-competing the flu. This isn't a phenomenon unique to the U.S. It's happening globally.

Brady and Deonte - The Future of the Right?
LinvilleGorge replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
No. He hasn't been ruled out of this week's practices with the Ravens so it sounds like something pretty mild. -
Brady and Deonte - The Future of the Right?

I sure hope so and I hope the future is sooner rather than later. -
The are many cases where people claimed to have seen bigfoot too.

This is what my business partner's family thought too. Right up until his sister in law spent 6 weeks in the ICU on a ventilator. They were real outspoken against the vaccines and mighty proud of their healthy immune systems. Then she damn near died of COVID and even though she survived it still really fuged her up and she won't have the same quality of life ever again after her fight and that fight has also left them in financial ruin now even with insurance. They changed their tune pretty quickly when confronted with cold hard reality. They're probably the most vaccinated family in all of Texas now.

I just found it comical that someone posts that a perfectly healthy 48 year old died of COVID and someone's first thought was... Like yeah, I'm sure the doctors were wrong about it being COVID. The tests were likely wrong and as we all know, healthy 48 year olds dying of the cold or flu is super common. I bet it was those damn second hand vaccine side effects.

It's amazing how strong some people's dedication is to the "scamdemic" conspiracy.

“We think he’s an option for us at right tackle”
LinvilleGorge replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Moton at LT and Christensen at RT feels like by far our best bet to field a pair of quality OTs this season. Scott looked atrocious and got benched for Greg Little yesterday. Erving has been banged up all camp and has been struggling to stay healthy for awhile now. Feels like Okung 2.0 except Okung was the far more heralded player. -
Some of that, but I think it is largely due to the impact of social media. Now everyone has a voice on every matter. Everyone is expected to have an opinion on everything and everyone thinks their opinion is just as valid as the next person - even if one person is a cashier and the other person is one of the world's leading epidemiologists and the matter at hand is a novel pandemic virus. It's insanity.

For too many of you guys it's pretty much all you've been doing recently. Stop trolling for fights.

Key difference being I didn't imply anyone was stupid trying to invite a fight.

There's no QB controversy. It's just click bait.

Question...what if P.J is better then S D?
LinvilleGorge replied to Jmac's topic in Carolina Panthers
He has a good arm. He has plus athleticism. He's not Mahomes or Rodgers but he has the talent to be a legit NFL QB. Do I think it's going to happen? Honestly, no I don't. But the possibility does exist. The odds were 0.00% with Teddy. -
Honestly, I don't think he will given our OL injury and depth issues, I'm just saying if I was him I'd be nervous. Rhule was pissed about the penalties. and he was a big offender. If Rhule wants to send a message there, he's probably the most obvious candidate.
-
I think there's gonna be a statement cut after that rash of penalties yesterday. I would be nervous right now if I'm Trent Scott.

Luke Kuechly in Buffalo Bills gear
LinvilleGorge replied to Carl Spackler's topic in Carolina Panthers
He's visiting his former coach and showing support. I didn't see any pics, but I'd bet he was wearing WFT gear when he visited Ron in DC too. -
Last year, Slye was 24th in FG accuracy and tied for 22nd in XP accuracy. For a big legged kicker, he only made one 50+ yard attempt despite 6 tries. He had the lowest 50+ yard FG accuracy in the NFL. I was really surprised that we didn't bring in legit competition for him during camp.
-
If I understand it correctly, he would have to be placed on the final 53 to ultimately be placed on IR. Honestly, I anticipate him to be waived with an injury designation.
-
Hated to see him injured, but I think he was fighting for a bottom of the roster spot and yesterday did not go well for him, injury aside. He was getting picked on by third and fourth stringers.
