I just never dreamed how terribly Tepper would destroy this organization. He talked such a big game. When he said the days of mediocrity were over we were all excited. Little did we know that mediocrity would soon come to be known as the good old days.

It's massive middle finger to the entire roster, entire staff, entire fan base.

Possibly but you can't fix not having NFL talent. That's the real problem.

The entire organization outside of Tepper deserves to see what we can do with Dalton. You have vets busting their asses and having their efforts wasted. You have young players playing for future contracts. You have low level roster guys trying to stay in the NFL. You have coaches who would like to earn promotions one day. Scouts trying to keep jobs or climb the ladder. None of these people are being given the opportunity to have their work be fairly evaluated.

We aren't even trying to compete. We're just trying to avoid getting absolutely blown out. You don't punt on 4th and 2 down 20 at the end of the 3rd if you're actually trying to compete.

Herbert is better than Bryce but he still sucks.

A lot worse. What little confidence he had left is gone. Every time he throws a ball across the middle of the field it gets picked. He's not even looking over the middle anymore. That's why he didn't see Theilen. Everything he's throwing beyond the LOS is going to the sidelines and he's missing because he's afraid he's going to throw another pick.

These guys work their asses off and the young guys are playing for future contract. Yeah, they're fuging pissed. It's wasted work for the vets and it's wasted future money for the young guys. The locker room is going to revolt soon if they keep trotting Bryce out there. Hell, he's probably privately begging for the hook himself.

I truly have no idea. I'm surprised by how bad he's been but I did not see a guy with high level starter potential in Bryce. I thought he was probably going to be one of those marginal starter/good backup types but the guy simply isn't an NFL roster caliber QB. There's better guys sitting on couches.

Literally the truth. The only pass to be caught that wasn't a screen or check down was caught by the Chargers.

It is so blatantly obvious at this point that he's just not an NFL caliber talent. We traded an absolutely franchise altering boatload to trade up to #1 to draft Jimmy Clausen 2.0.

I'm only hanging in there through halftime to see if they'll bench Bryce.
