I'm pretty sure he already knows. The calls for his benching are defining. Only his play will save or sink him and it's game to game. One more bad stinker performance and he's out of leash or rope if you prefer. Basically, his last game sealed his fate as a dead man walking. Only he determines if its a long walk or a short walk to the gallows.

I'm not looking for fault so much as who was out of place and who was getting abused that we may have missed.
-
That guy got more chances for doing absolutely nothing here. I never understood the infatuation with a player that was always on IR and when he was in the field did absolutely nothing.
-
I think we all know by now that Bryce is struggling with the basic things. I'm more interested in everything else. The rot runs deep.
-
I knew it was a shitshow but I didn't know for certain it was this bad. When your headcoach has to force a subordinate to play a player by cutting another player the subordinate refused to bench that's a dysfunctional mess. There's no sugar coating it.
-
I personally would love a recap. Its helpful to know how bad it is and where it's falling apart. I already know it's nearly everywhere but it helps to know who's developing and who's not. It also helps to evaluate the coaches. But that's just me.
-
It makes him look weak and not in control of his staff. It shows the players the headcoach does have it together and has no authority over half the team. Its a really bad look.
-
I think he did advocate for Frank, at least initially. Whatever happened during those first 6 games turned the coaches, and probably some players, into the Game of Thrones. I honestly think Fitterer had a lot to do with the upheaval. He was pissed that his 1st overall pick was looking like ass and blamed it on the coaches. The coaches then went into self preservation mode and all hell broke loose.

Well whatever the reason he's here he and Evero longer have any value to this team. They have proven that their defense isn't effective in the moden nfl anymore.

New York Times: Is Panthers QB Bryce Young a Lost Cause

Dom and Evero appears to be a package deal. I find that an odd arrangement. Who is actually the puppet master and who is the puppet?
-
That is the normal way of doing things but we are not normal. Dom hanging around with no input is one thing. Dom having a lot of influence is another. It's the same with Caldwell, he's outlived his usefulness and his influence is not helping.
-
Well whatever his role is it's not helping and both have run their course here. Its time Evero moved on and Dom and his hairpiece into retirement.
-
It's a bad look on the staff if the supposed head coach had to cut the player his DC refused to bench to get him off the field. Thats the definition of dysfunction.
-
But he's been with Evero for 3 or 4 years now. How long does it take to pass that knowledge along? I'm seeing a guy hanging around that has too much influence in a bad way.

I cannot remember much of the 2024 draft room video but I do remember him heavily involved with the Legette pick. Then him being quiet in this draft stood out to me. I have this quirk of noticing things like that.
-
I wouldn't expect anyone to be let go until the season is over. Tepper cannot do a midseason firing again. He's going to let Morgan do the dirty work this time.
-
Honestly I'm not sure why Dom's here anymore. He must be Evero's version off Andy Dalton. I wouldn't lose any sleep if both were gone.
-
Answers for how to fix this will take as long to find as it took to create. I will say that I noticed a few things going in in the draft videos they put out that was different in the 2024 draft. Canales had almost no involvement in the pick discussions. It was if he and Tepper were bystanders. It appeared Fan and Brandt made every decision. Did you notice that?
-
I've lost count of how many times I've heard the coach and or GM say we got our guy. They look for whatever they determine fits their system. Yet nearly every one of "their guys" end up a bust. Maybe they should consider taking the best guy available for a change and see how that goes?
-
Does it really matter at this point? There's still the matter of Dom's influence in the building. He will make the call.
-
I think he wants to be let go but Tepper will not give in. How else can you explain the incompetence being displayed every Sunday?
-
He'll be back on the practice squad.
-
All they have to do is run the ball to beat us. Pretty simple actually. But this might be one of those 10-3 games that we all love.
