I don't see how they can get rid of McAdoo at this stage of the season. I mean they could I suppose but I think that would make a bad situation worse. There's no real solution to fixing this FUBAR this season. Brother this season is only going to be an audition for everyone to get another job with the next coach or another team. So sit back and see who steps the rest of way. That's all we have to look forward to. Anything beyond that is gravy.

Teppers been interviewed countless times on all money related talk shows. He comes off as very knowledgeable and well respected by money managers. He is very confident and matter of fact attitude exudes that of a man that knows what the hell hes talking about. With football? He has work to do.

That right there alone makes me question his judgment.

Don't get me wrong I was never on board with trading for Darnold. He's a USC product, you never want to go there. But it wouldn't surprise me if he couldn't string together a few quarters of nfl looking play. Whatever is going on with Baker doesn't look like it's going to fix itself. Poor Wilks took on a no win situation.

As would I. Of course on any given Sunday and all it could happen. I think the winner will be whomever sucks the least. We are the current champions of the suck so the odds are against the Rams.

I think it would be quicker and less typing if you listed what makes him a good owner.

He needs to go as well. An advisor is useless if he is not a SME with a proven track record. This guy has to go.

I think he gets this season and next season to show what he can do with a new coach that he gets to pick before the heat gets turned up to high. Right now I would say it's on low until this time next season, unless he just really pisses Tepper off before then.

As it shouldn't. He was hand picked by Rhule to be his GM. Now he's got to prove that he can do a better job without Rhule telling him what to do.

I'm not listening to any of you fools again. Most of you were championing Rhule that last time we were looking for a head coach. Then it was all hale Joe Brady, then Ben McAdoo. None of you could pick a winner if you were handed one on a platter.

I saw that talked about on nfl network also. Don't buy into how bad the Rams are right now. They are still a 10x better team than the Panthers.

Fitterer is definitely going to be under the microscope now that he doesn't have Rhule controlling everything. In essence he's auditioning to keep his job in a more traditional roll and he's got to get this mess cleaned up before next season starts. After that it's going depend on how successful his clean up performs next season.

This should surprise absolutely no one.

He did it by using the team the Tony Dungy built. From there he proceeded to blow that up to build his own team and now look where he is.

I truly hope there are better candidates available than Dan Quinn. There has to be.

I'm not so sure about that right now. After what I've seen from the group so far I think that's debatable. They all suck but the degree of suckage has shifted the balance of power at the position right now. If he starts he will most likely be his normal turnover machine but who knows. He is getting the benefit of not being out there to show that he still sucks.

All he has to do is win 2 games to top Rhule this season. Now if you are asking him ro get the team to win 6 more games to top Rhules record then you are expecting too much this season. I just can't see him doing that unless PJ Walker somehow manages a Jake Delhomme type takeover in his first game and takes us to the SB. Do you see that happening?
