I predict lots of meltdowns and name calling. A few will be lost to the banhammer but it will be a mercy killing. But on the bright side there will be lots of unique takes that leave us laughing behind our keyboards.

Of course it is. It's just his point of view. Where I differ from him is in that he thinks Wilks deserves it. I cannot say that as I do not agree. He did an admirable job sure, but only to the point he should get a serious interview. I could give him a pass on the offense but not the defense. I never was a fan of his defensive philosophy anyway but I try not to let my bias influence that.

I tend to agree with a lot of what Fowler had to say. What wasn't mentioned is how the defense dropped off under his control. I hope that area is discussed in that interview also. I hope all these candidates are grilled endlessly on their ideas for the offense AND defense. I would prefer not to focus only on the qb they want. I also would grill them on how they plan on making all that happen. But that's just me.

I guess we can infer that since they are scheduling head coach interviews that Fitterer's going to be the GM going forward? I'm kind of disappointed that there was no word of an adviser being brought in to help Tepper make those decisions before the season ended.

Burns can take his drama and go as far as I'm concerned. Wilks can trade for him if he gets a head coaching job elsewhere.

If it makes you miserable sir I'm extremely happy for you. May the Panthers win every game so you can wallow in your miserable self for eternity.

Wilks is .500 in the games he's coached this season but carry on.
