  1. I wonder what that drawing could bring on an online Panther auction if we go to the playoffs?
  2. I was joking for the most part. Rarely does it benefit you to trash a former employee even if every word is true. However, my point was that if I had a microphone and spoke my mind, I could vent. The best rule is to go where you are valued and not try to convert a shithole into what you think it should be. If I had $40m in my bank, I might be more vocal.
  3. To the author-- The Panthers got the 3rd overall player, a 23 year old QB (2018 draft), and the 8th overall pick )--a shut down, press CB, in the first round. They got a WR projected to go in the late first/early second at the end of the second round. They got an eventual starting LT by trading up in the third round. The got a TE that can knock snot out of your ass and they got a road-grading RG. They got depth at CB and RB, and they signed a lot of free agents that may not start now. Yeah--that sucks. And you think the OL has not been addressed, with 3 free agents and 2 picks that will probably start by next year? And you use NYJ stats to measure a QB when he was always playing one-dimensional, come-from-behind football, his WRs were confused and ran bad routes, he had no right side of an OL, and his defense and COACH sucked. You think he should post pro bowl numbers in that shithole of a program? You have done your homework, son. We have NEVER addressed more needs with quality than this year. And because you think someone sucks because they have a low Madden rating means little--no--nothing.
  4. I think they fly home. I would not stay in Texas any longer than needed. I can't stand the place.
  5. Back to back road games in Texas. At least the players will get some sophistication and culture.
  6. That is right--if we were like we were in 2003, we could play 4 home games and 10 road games in our last 14.
  7. The first five QBs (Wilson-Jets, Winston-Saints, Tyrod Taylor (probably)- Texans, Prescott-Cowboys, and Hurts-Eagles) were not the starting QB for most or all of 2020.
  8. In the Panthers last 11 games, 4 are at home. That pretty much sucks.
  9. No Patriots pre season game-first time in a long time--we keep our sister team, the Steelers. 8 home games, 9 road games...Darnold's first pre season game at Indy--so we will not seen him until the 2nd---will the 2nd preseason game become like the former 3rd preseason game--with starters playing the most? They should make both teams play 8 home games and the remaining game in Europe, Mexico, or Canada, for example. No team should get an extra home game.
  10. I think most games are winnable. And playing TB at the end of the season? If they have clinched a playoff spot, you think we see Brady? I think we will see enough this year to get excited again. I think we win 10.
  11. I am going with 3-2 because of the extra game this season. Gotta pay attention folks. Math is our friend. Please do not ask me if I am serious. Assume I am not unless I say, "Seriously..."
  12. I might agree, but I just do not know what we have at LB--based on positions.
  13. Little will be cut due to numbers--we added 3 OL (Christensen, Brown, and Moore) and I think all make the roster. Since I figure we keep no more than 10 OL (Moton, Paradis, Miller, Elflien, Irving, Daley, and Scott) Little has no future contract coming, might as well cut him and let him go to Buffalo or Washington.
  14. Me Neither. I post something, and then see it later, and say, "What does the idiot have to say now?" Then I realize--I am the idiot. Lost a bet with Fua, who cheated somehow.
  15. Darnold the person--I really like the guy from what I can tell. I think we will be pleased with him. While everyone was bitching about the cost, it turned out to be a second rounder. I think this will go down as a the best transaction is Panther history--better than Olsen, Stephen Davis, and ---- Jake Delhomme, if you factor in the risk/reward.
  16. But saying it now is not much better--but he is right, fwiw. CMC got hurt and you had a no OL--and they had a QB who was kept in the game until the fourth quarter and was like 0-7 in being "performance based."
  17. == Scott with a good LG (maybe Elflein) is going to be better than with Reed, who sucked. Irvin has played all positions, so maybe he is the plug and play until Brady Christensen loses his baby teeth. I think we will do what we have to do (Tremble) until then, and hope for the best. Good question, Verge. LT is far from settled. I think Brady is the man, and he may take a year to get there. Moton was a second round RT and he did not start as a rookie. (But that was RR)
  18. If someone gave me a microphone after leaving a bad job I would probably be in court. Sure he was to blame, and the practice schedule is not his call--My dad used to say, "When you do your job to perfection, then you can question how others are doing theirs if it impacts your ability to do your job to perfection." Teddy in Denver is good because the altitude will keep his passes in the air a bit longer.

  20. I just think giving the Jets motivational bulletin board material creates bad Karma. And yes, he has had a few lessons at a local pre-K program art department and probably just wanted to display his new skills.
  21. I appreciate the sharing of this. I would say the 2021 WR class could be the best we have ever seen in Charlotte. The secret to that 03 team was indeed the front 7 on D. Wow. And the steroid cream for our OL. Underrated.
  22. To me, she looks deliberately awkward, to try to convince people she has not actually done this before. That is how I get out of peeling potatoes at home. Same thing.
