  1. Yeah actually he’s really good at winning games by 3 we should win by 20 and losing games by 30 we should lose by 7 so do some research, bud.
  2. 4th and 1 (Any given week) Dave: “Alright Bryce I know we have been running the ball well, and I can’t let you sneak it you might die so I’m going to go 5 wide for no reason and have everyone run outs and flats because why not? Bryce: I got you, fam *throws ball in dirt
  3. For real. It’s been a long time. What did we do that called for: -7 if not 8 straight losing seasons -Scott Fitterer era -Bryce Young era -Shitty Grass -Frank Reich era I know teams go through bad times. 15-20 years ago the 49ers, Rams, Bills, Texans, Chiefs, Lions, were all garbage and went forever without playoff births. We are almost a decade into this, when does it fuging turn.
  4. Sorry I don’t know what’s wrong with my eyes, I thought the title said Laviska Shenault
  5. Welp, yall ready to beat the rams and then lose to the Saints again?
  6. I don’t really want to give up on Canales because the team is getting better since he took over. I do think that is more due to Morgan than him. I think he needs to get his 3rd year for sure. I was okay with firing Rhule after his 2nd year because of the dysfunction and him really just being a dumbass. It was clear he hit his ceiling. I was okay with firing Reich because it was very clear he did not give a single poo anymore. Other than Canales having to work with Bryce, the other issue is the job wasn’t attractive at the time, and Tepper wanted an Offensive Coach. Dave was just learning how to be an OC in Tampa when he became a HC here, he’s still learning to be an OC really and who knows maybe he will be a good one someday. He’s 11-18 with 5 games left. Rivera was 13-19 and even Shanahan was 10-22 after his first two seasons. Year 3 will be telling for DC.
  7. I watched the highlights again a minute ago, and I literally saw a hold on every 49ers offensive play. I saw 3 from Pearsall. Not even being dramatic
  8. No I meant us finishing 8-9 and the Bucs finishing 7-10 and the nfl telling us to to fug ourselves lol But yes I agree.
  9. Or Bucs finish 7-10 and still win Division because NFL says fug it, we ain’t putting them in the playoffs
  10. I tend to think most clearly after games like this, I think because my expectations are grounded. VS Rams- Loss (Probably won’t be pretty OR it’ll be a weird game where it’s a lot closer than it should be) @ Saints- Win (We will probably not get swept, and there will be some hope for the division because the Bucs will be dragging) VS Bucs- Win (Bucs won’t be focused, we win at home in last minute style per usual) VS Seahawks- Loss (Complete blowout, not focused, like Buffalo, NE, etc) @ Bucs- Loss (Eliminated from playoffs prior, guys have checked out, injuries, etc) Finish 8-9
  11. Yeah so apparently Dave called the pass at the goal line it wasn’t a check. He just said it in the press conference
  12. Technically I think it would just be 1. They would get ejected, so we would need to do it with the back ups. Then we could play our starters against 11 dudes with swollen balls
  13. I think I figured it out. If you add last week and divide by 2 the average is still good.
  14. Not as bad though. Only in big games or against big markets. Now we get it against the Browns at 1pm on Sundays
  15. Yeah I mean it’s a totally different game if we score on the goal line. It literally changes the pace of the whole game. Less conservative, more running, no dumbass 2pt calls
  16. When we get a big name athlete like a Cam or Steve Steve/Julius Peppers, we will start getting some slack again. But never like the Dallas’, KCs, SFs, etc
  17. The game would be closer if we did. Niners wouldn’t want to come off the sideline. Speaking of which where’s that one guy from a few years ago who said the OL needing to start punching guys in the balls. He might have been on to something
  18. I’d like to know if the goal line pick was a designed pass play or a check at the line. That would give a lot more insight on tonight.
  19. I’ve always said there isn’t a “script”. It’s impossible for the NFL to script things and have everyone on board without it getting out. They literally rubbed it in our face a few years ago with the “NFL script commercials”. I do think they push storylines and for the most exciting outcomes/ match ups using the referees. I can make more money betting the storyline than betting analytics. You don’t need a “script” you need a few called back plays or non-calls in a game and that is easily done with holding and PI calls. They don’t care about the Jets/Raiders at 1pm but prime time and high stake game, they do. They know the most profitable teams need to be in the postseason and at home if possible.
  20. 49ers held on almost every single play. But we didn’t do ourselves in favor on offense. The 2pt deal was really weird with a 7pt spread…
  21. Saw somebody post on X. “Canales coached not to get blown out, not to win” and that is the best way to describe tonight.
