I'm telling you guys, its Reich. He's too controlling and as soon as they can him and promote Evero, the Panthers will be playing hard and fast.

What sticks out to me - when Bryce plays hurry up, or plays with urgency, he is good. No idea why he and/or Reich are taking the play clock all the way down to 0. The other team just jumps and then it ends with a sack. My guess is its Reich, he is very old school. Just a disaster of a hire.

No matter what Bryce is doing at QB, the tone, body language, urgency to win, etc. is all terrible, you have to get rid of the coach. Players don't want an old white guy preaching Jesus to them, they want a football coach. Tepper can salvage this by letting Frank go now and promoting Evero, who should have been the guy in the first place

There should be no reason we are snapping at 0 on the play clock most snaps. I don't know if this is on Bryce or the coaching staff, but they are jumping everytime when they see its 01 on the clock

Bryce needs to do more quick snaps and get in tempo

Bryce has always excelled at playing fast. Maybe that's what he needs to do, play instinctively

Frank Reich has been atrocious everywhere except one miracle year with Nick Foles and the Eagles. Even if Bryce can't throw downfield, this offense is incredibly stale.

As much as I had high hopes for Mingo, he does not look promising. How do you quit on routes this early in your NFL career. I really thought he was going to be the next DK Metcaf/AJ Brown/Amon Ra type player that we needed. I know its only game three, hopefully he improves

If I had known Fitt would be this horrific at drafting, I would have never supported the McCaffrey trade. Yeesh. Fitt and Gettleman were just horrid drafters. At least Marty hit all-pros in the first round every year.

Simple fixes really Give up on the season, admit that first. Focus on development Fire Reich, he just doesn't have a clue and doesn't relate to these players. He just isn't it man. Can't draft his way out of a paper bag. Trade the vets. Dalton can get a good pick from the Jets. Burns should net a first. Thielen is still good, see what his market is. Go into next season with a experienced Bryce, 80M in cap room, and more picks.
