In the first 10 minutes, he talks about if Tabor should have the authority to bench Young or not. He is of the opinion that Tabor shouldn't have the say since he shouldn't be brought back and that it is too late to bench Young. He also brings up the possibility of Tepper forcing the next coach to bring Tabor back since Tabor is a favorite of Tepper. That to me is the scary part.

Nix is in his 6th college season. He's most likely doesn't have any more potential at this point. That said, he's a good college QB.

You may want to review the actual records because your memory is off. The Panthers had 3 winning seasons(2013, 2015, 2017) and made the playoffs 4 times(2013, 2014, 2015, 2017) under Rivera, who was fired in 2019. The second playoff season(2014) was the one they slipped into with a losing record(7-8-1) and was the least bad team in a bad division.

Since this team needs a complete rebuild(again), there's not a player on the roster worth keeping if the price(draft picks) is good enough. That said, the only one that wouldn't be traded is Young, and that's because he's a number 1 pick QB.

Could be. It really is just the NCAA trying to make the schools the bad guys when it comes to paying players.

How many years has he owned the team now? He's not a rookie nor is he a new owner anymore. You can argue that he's inexperienced, but he should be smart enough to see what he's been doing isn't working and that he needs some help.

Giving orders is not the same as asking questions or attempting to learn. I never said the majority owner would take advice or let the minority owner have a say. And the NFL has used the Steelers to ease people from being minority owners to majority owners, so they were at least attempting to coach new owners along or hoped they would learn during their time as minority owners. Looking at the fruit of their labors, that attempt hasn't worked out too well so far.

Just because you don't have a say in the operations and own a minority share, doesn't mean you can't learn or even ask questions. These people are billionaires with the egos to match. They're not being told to hand over the money and shut the fug up.

You can't keep anyone. If they keep any of the coaches, the next HC will wonder if/when the holdover(s) will stab him in the back and the team will most likely end up in this same situation again. As Waldo stated, Tepper needs to clean house.

Seeing stuff like this makes the decision not to watch any more all the easier
