  1. It's time for Michigan vs UNC on ESPN.
  2. This one is pretty well balanced, though I should have drafted my linemen.
  3. Not super hyped about the first pick, but I feel it's something the Panthers would do.
  4. And some people seem to be perfectly happy with that instead of building a consistent winning and competing team because it lets them experience the "highs and lows" of fandom.
  5. I agree about the first one. I've only ever watched about 30 minutes of the second. What I saw of it was just bad.
  6. Seems more like a possession receiver to me. He's big and not that fast. I always think of smaller, shifty, quick guys when I think of slot receivers.
  7. No matter who the coach is, you almost have to go QB in the first round unless those with first round grades are picked before the Panthers' turn. The fans need something that will give them hope and nothing does that like a first round QB does.
  8. This one ended up with a slight trade back in the first round for another second and additional 2024 first. That nets me two of the top TEs, a pass rusher, and some ammo to move up for a QB if Nix and/or Corral don't work out. Double dipped at WR too. The Panthers probably need depth there to challenge Smith, Marshall, and co, if nothing else. Took a mid round RB to replace a certain vet people want to resign even if the rookie isn't a huge bruiser. Added a new center and some depth for the Oline as well.
  9. Sewell just happened to be there that time. I've mocked double dipping at several positions of need while ignoring others. lol Getting ready to post another mock with a double dip at TE.
  10. The top QBs went 5-7 and left Levis on the board, so I went with the best LB in the draft. Took two of the top TEs to rebuild that position. Took a guard and center for line depth. Added a huge athletic freak at DE and took a WR/returner. In the 7th round, took the top kicker and a flyer on a RB.
  11. Not a big loss really. Most of the guys that stayed and transferred didn't have good seasons and looked worse than they did in 2021, except maybe DJ. He was terrible his entire tenure at Clemson.
  12. AR looks like a top 2 QB with OSU's roster. Stroud looks like a JAG with Florida's. OSU's line and receivers covered up a lot of holes in Stroud's game.
  13. Yep. I've long said Fitt was either part of the problem by making some of the decisions or part of the problem by being just a yes man. He needs to go too.
  14. I guess that can be considered progress. The Hornets only gave up 55 in the first half. Yeah, yeah. Let's ignore that Denver was shooting like poo in the early going.
  15. Both teams look bad in the early going. I can't see the Nuggets staying this bad though.
  16. There are only 32 NFL HC gigs in the world. If a guy wants that job, it's not like there is a lot of choice. And as others have said, these candidates know they're going to a bad team.
  17. I honestly have had more fun watching this season than the Panthers the last several years.
  18. None of future NFL linemen in the SEC that he played against the last 3 years did. He missed one game during that time due to injury despite being "small".
