    I've said since last year that Tepper gives Rhule 4 years and I still believe that. Tepper wants to be right about Rhule to prove he's smarter than the other owners and that he didn't make a bad investment, so he'll keep giving him time.

    It's that time of year and Ian looks set to be the first customer to hit the Carolinas. AccuWeather has the storm passing just west of Charlotte next weekend. NOAA's latest map just shows it hitting Florida.
