There's been a ton of turnover in the scouting department since Tepper bought the team. When Rhule was hired they let go a ton from scouting

The run blocking scheme doesn't fit the oline. The passing style doesn't fit the offense, it's built for power run and play action passing for deep chunk plays. Not some horizontal stretch the field sideline to sideline dink and dunk west coast zone read offense. So is that the qb the coaching staff planned for didn't get picked or just the coaching staff is all together a bunch of idiots.

Reich built the offense for the qb he wanted which wasn't Bryce.

Most of the highest paid dlinemen don't play but 70-75% of snaps. Last season he played 88% of snaps for the team though which is incredibly high.

New ssd drives don't have reliability issues. 1. Most have 5 year warranties for 2400tbw. For a 1tb drive that's you wiping it and rewriting on it 2400 times. It's totally not an issue and gen 4 drives are 100 dollars for 1tb and if you catch a sale you can get 2tb for 100. Shoot gen 5 drives are dropping in price right now. Also get a new tech guy, he's living in the past roughly 15 years ago.
