Hue Jackson is a better nfl coach than Ruhle

Wouldn’t be the first time news leaked out on Reddit before anywhere else. There is a reason why Reddit is one of the most valuable websites on earth.

I dunno man …a lot of these NFL reporters make Fox News people look like Walter Cronkite. To me it sounded like someone put it out there that Ruhle was safe was just a smokescreen and Tepper playing his hand close to his chest.

There’s some really good responses to that post if you scroll down a bit. A few of yall on here should take note. the theory that after he fired Brady, Tepper told him to get it right or he’s done makes a lot of sense. also have to agree that it’s almost impossible to survive a season like this one because Ruhle can’t go to Tepper with film and be like ok we’ve lost some games but look at how we are improving. They aren’t improving at all. Players are regressing, second round draft picks aren’t getting jerseys, guys like Jeremy Chinn who looked like a superstar in the making last year has basically been neutered, and we are getting blown out by teams. Its time to cut bait.

Internet message boards can be hit or miss but I’ve seen many examples of them being right. Why would this person lie about this? I find this credible. Reddit Don’t play around!

It sure as hell looks like he fired Joe Brady to appease Tepper and sacrificed him because he wasn’t one of Ruhle’s lackeys and to buy a little more time before Tepper came for him. And wouldn’t ya know it the bozo he replaced him with is actually worse and even less qualified.

I mean I don’t think Baylor has ever been a terrible team. Baylor just won the b12 and I don’t even know who their coach is. Sure, he inherited a program from Art Briles who should probably be in jail but Baylor is a well respected program in fertile recruiting grounds. temple football will always be temple football. A complete joke program no matter who coaches there and they’ve had some good ones, Al Golden, Bruce Arians, Pop Warner, and Horace Butterworth. I just don’t know wtf he did in college? Like what was his specialty? QBs? Innovative playcalling? Recruiting? seems like some guy that interviews well but Tepper caught feelings and jumped the gun when they should have done a little more homework on him. The coaching staff he has assembled here is without a doubt collectively the worst group Of coaches in franchise history.

Nobody has been able to tell me what exactly Matt Ruhle did to get on NFL radars. Like what made his resume stand out for college coaches as potential NFL guys? program builder or someshit? That is BS. Temple has had good coaches before him. Baylor is fine without him. I don’t get it.

I’ve heard former pro athletes say that the worst thing that can happen to an NFL rookie is to get hurt the first season and miss the year. Not a good sign for Horn - a player not many were fond of drafting in the first place. Derrick Brown isn’t headed in the right direction either. usually when you have terrible coaches and terrible talent evaluation and development like the Panthers have, first round busts are just residue left over. Wouldn’t surprise me if these guys don’t work out here. Hope I’m wrong.

The public “vote of confidence” is never a good sign that an organization is trending in the right direction and it sure seems like Ruhle was pleading his case yesterday. I don’t care what the insiders say I think Ruhle is Getting bodied on black Monday.

Horn: D- Marshall: F- Christensen C Tremble: C Taylor: C+ Shi Smith: C The rest are all on the D-F range. I could also make an argument on an “Incomplete” as teachers have been known to give based on the current circumstances with the God awful coaching and talent development we have here

I know one thing about pro sports - anytime the team owner or team GM gives a head coach the “vote of confidence” …..it’s usually the kiss of death. Hopefully it’s Tepper playing the part of Michael and Ruhle playing the part of Fredo.

Christensen is going to need proper coaching for him to develop there. It won’t happen under the current staff and the OL coach here might be the worst OL coach in the NFL.

Coaching. I haven’t seen improvement from any player. That’s not to say that it hasn’t occurred, I know Shaq is having a solid season, but I can’t think of any player that has improved in Ruhle’s two years here but I can name several who look like they have gotten worse. A couple like Brown, Chinn, The MLB whose name I forgot, Marshall, and pretty much everyone on the OL have not hit expectations this season.

I know Paradis won’t be back next year (thank God) but what was his highest grade ever here? Big time FA signing bust.
