Not necessarily. Great players don’t really make great coaches. Most of the good coaches were guys with enough talent to get them to the pros and ride the bench or a D2 scholarship athlete.

They will never take away on field refs and remove the human element. The Sheild has to be able to influence the narrative and push for their desired outcomes. Not to mention the refs know who is favored and who is the underdog. We got jammed twice this season by zebras that directly influenced the outcome our games (at ATL, browns week 1) and has potentially cost us a division crown and post season birth.
