If they already did decide on Bryce before Reich got here, that is indeed Not a good thing on surface. A big reason Reich is here is because he is a Offensive coach and a QB guru, you dont decide on something like this without his consideration. I dont know why this would be so hard for some to understand.

In a scenario where draft position wasnt a factor and i had to just choose between AR and Bryce. Im taking AR.

Just thinking as well.... if the Panthers have already made a decision and are trying to leak it threw the media why in the hell would they be okay with Adam BS schefter going on national media and stating that it would be a waste of time for Stroud to do a private visit? It doesn't sound logical or professional from this staff.

Comparing both guys potential flaws...Strouds flaws are correctable in my eyes. IF young has flaws in the NFL, You CANT fix them. That goes a long way to me.

Well....technically, hiring Reich over keeping steven wilks hasnt proven to be a success yet. We can get excited in the off season all we want. Wins and losses will say a lot more.

I have been getting the same sentiments from Panthers fans outside this forum. Boy oh boy...i hope they make the right decision in the end.

This. The panthers honestly have no reason not to smoke screen all the way up till the draft. What do they have to lose? Dont know why this is so hard understand. Much as i dont like the mind games, they can only benefit from them in the end even if its small. Only people getting upsets are the ones that know it just means that it would lessen the chances of getting the guy they keep gawking over. You cant predict when a trade will happen up till draft night.

Im curious to know where everybody hard stance is coming from now, Stroud hasnt even had his visit yet and there are constant reports stating that they havent even all sat down and discussed a decision yet. Especially if its truth that Young is not even Reichs choice, everybody can make opinions all they want in the media and other team reps. I think this is too close to not wait until we here from the team directly.

Thats interesting because If the Panthers really do like Stroud then they have no reason not to dangle bait on Bryce to Houston all this time. What do they have to lose by doing it? Richardson just adds to it because he would just be another option only in a trade down. Its just as possible as them being really sold on Bryce instead. Point is, we really dont know nothing till it gets closer to the draft. Its stupid to get hopes up now on a specific thing to happen.

Yesterday in spaces she was talking up Richardson and said she wouldnt be hearing anything more concrete till next week.

This is true, i just also choose to point out the fact that Bryce is the one thats gonna have to do something thats never been done and if he cant.... nobody with a brain is gonna be surprised because the warning signs were already there.
