Yes they did...it didnt say they will tho. Most teams consider trades if they are asked. If Bryce falls to them... they would have no reason to trade, which is why i said trading the pick before the draft would signal Bryce going first more than anything if they know something.

Considering everything we know and heard this says to me he got way more of a guarantee from the Texans than the Panthers. If the texans were to trade the pick before the draft... things would be more clear.

And.... both of them probably have guarantees they wont fall out the top 3 or 5.

If they already did decide on Bryce before Reich got here, that is indeed Not a good thing on surface. A big reason Reich is here is because he is a Offensive coach and a QB guru, you dont decide on something like this without his consideration.
