  1. BUH BUH BUH NEXT YEAR IS A PRETEND YEAR AND DEMI-GOD TEPPER ISN’T GONNA LET MATT RHULE SPEND MONEY OR MAKE DRAFT PICKS AND IT WILL BE BETTER TO LET RHULE DAMAGE THIS ORGANIZATION FOR ANOTHER YEAR CUZ I IZ SMRAT AND AM INTELLIGENCE HURRRRR DURRRRRR
  2. Yeah, I don’t get this totally counter-rational (even naive) thought that another season under Rhule will somehow be played in a vacuum. That somehow Rhule will just stand back and do nothing and won’t bother making “improvements” (as he sees them) to the team using present and future draft/financial capital. That somehow good ol’ Chubby Tepper is going to step in and NOT allow the failed coach and fry-cook he’s chosen to support make these moves. That somehow the power given by Tepper to Rhule to run the team was just a hand-shake agreement between two fry-cook buddies and not contractual. (Spoiler alert: Its very very likely its contractual.) And that, after another year of Rhule Rack and Ruin with accompanying depletion of team resources, the Carolina job will somehow be easier and MORE attractive after next year. That’s some Grade A, pie-in-the-sky self-delusion there.
  3. What’s gonna shield a new coach from the even worse poo Rhule leaves him in 2023?
  4. Nope, in 2012 Rhule was at NYG and McAdoo at GB.
  5. Serious answer? Yes. No serious candidate in his right mind would willingly be a part of this Carolina train-wreck.
  6. Correction, I meant to say every starter ON OFFENSE, not the entire team.
  7. That’s EXACTLY what he thinks and EXACTLY what he’s always thought if you’ve been paying attention to him.
  8. Every starter on that LSU team that won the championship is on an active NFL roster.
  9. And I wouldn’t even put Allen on any list of “great” QBs. He’s simply good AND his coaches know how to use what he’s good at.
  10. Guarantee you that Derrick Brown wouldn’t be a “bust” if he played for McD.
  11. BTW, everyone wants to talk about the Bills defense, but their offense had a “perfect game” yesterday. No punts. No field goals. No turnovers.
  12. Yeah, its always funny when fans think they can trade their over-valued salary cap burdens to other teams... as if other teams are lining up to assume the burdens that idiot Carolina management has weighed themselves down with, lol.
  13. Trade current players or trade down? OK. Trade future draft capital? HORRIBLE idea. My only fear is that the current coach/GM likely believes the 2nd option is their best bet.
  14. That the best of the Carolina Panthers, of coaching and management, was bought at a bargain-basement prices from the organization by the Buffalo Bills in 2017.
  15. I have no idea why some fuggers have the fugged up logic that "Oh, my gosh, he can't play tackle? MAKE HIM A GUARD!" To play OG at the highest level requires a physical mentality and physicality over and above that which it takes to play OT. Yeah, OT has its *own* requirements when it comes to mentality and physicality, but those are totally DIFFERENT than those it takes to play OL in the interior. I laughed for a few year at those who, after their Hurney dreams failed at Greg Little being the newest bestest OT for the Carolina Panthers, decided that they could cover for their idiocy by begging that Greg Little play OG. LOL! Greg Little was NEVER of a mental state for the physicality of OG. And its very likely a fact (for differing reasons) that BC isn't either. He's an OT... or he's fugging not. STOP pretending that the Rhule thinking that OL are swappable in whatever positions is true. ITS NOT.
  16. Gonna have to disagree with you here. S&C at major college programs these days is easily at NFL level. Paying an elite S&C coach and assistants to run your S&C program is a minor budget issue compared to other budgetary aspects of a program. The expensive part is building an elite S&C facility as well as an accompanying dietary facility and *most* elite programs are willing to do that. Bama, UGA, Auburn, and BYU (etc.) are paying the money to train their athletes in S&C, I assure you. Akron, Wyoming, and Buffalo (etc.)? Probably not. Now, as always, there are always differences in S&C philosophies. Some S&C coaches love to concentrate on lower-body (movement, quickness) for OL players. Others prefer upper-body (arms, reach, push-back). It all depends on the philosophy of the HC who hires them. But, trust me, elite college programs provide their athletes with elite S&C. The only thing limiting them is the time they are allowed to directly train. NCAA rules limit the amount of direct coaching and training all college athletes receive. I know there are NFL/NFLPA limits on the amounts of time that athletes at the NFL limit are in "camp" and are "trained", but I can't say for sure if that applies to their time in S&C training though. If it does, then I gotta say that there probably isn't a helluva lot of difference between the two.
  17. As the legendary Neil Peart once wrote: "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice."
  18. Anyone showing any support for Tepper at this point would definitely be an expert on clowns, that's for sure.
  19. Yeah, can't say I have more faith for anyone in coaching/management/executive for the Panthers organization over another because its a mathematical fact that zero is neither greater than nor less than zero.
  20. I’ll keep repeating this… Do you think allowing Rhule to stay another season will in any way make the team more attractive NEXT year? Do you think Rhule is just going to idly sit on his hands and allow future resources he can use NOW to remain untouched? Or do you think he’ll use whatever resources he can, present and future, to try to save his own fat neck?
  21. And an even more broken organization to sell.
