So then this part is on you. Do you seek an injury lawyer bc you think she deserves more of a punishment? Her insurance prob would settle a decent amount in 6-8 months. No prayer will answer this question for you..you either accept the apology and her not driving off or punish her financially with a shady lawyer..don't let social guilt determine what direction you take. If it seemed like a legit mistake I would maybe let it go minus an Urgent Care visit or Police Report. If you think it was due to simple carelessness then other options could be considered.

AS Panthro said..Police Report(Not Charges) and a trip to get some imaging, concussion test from a physician. if you have any supplemental insurance for accidents then there are timeframes when you have to seek med treatment for any benefits to be paid. You don't want a sore shoulder to eventually be diagnosed as a tear when insurance and other could take care of it for you.

OBJ won my fantasy FB league all by himself each week. I am okay with it. OBJ is way more than his MNF catch bc he IS the definition of separation. He creates huge windows in the end zone bc no cb can stay with him.

Gettleman seems like he does not want to be anywhere near his situation. He was asked directly about it on Monday on WFNZ and pretty much said " i just cant talk about hypotheticals or make any comment on this situation this kid is going through" He answered it in a way that was in a hell no sorta way.

But he was rated a second round pick on their board!! -i do love gettles..I like to think it is Jerod Mayo2.0 bc Gettles took him. He has some great #'s and shows that he has great football IQ. IMO football IQ is like 85% of what can make or break a player to become successful to be an NFL player.

Since he dominated the Big 10 last season as such a mismatch against college Dbs with his 4 tds!! id say going against better players he may go insane for 3 tds <400 yrds. I actually have come to understand his value as a blocker in the run game and maybe Cotchery is still the number 2.

I think they had Donavan Smith and Devin Smith, Preston Smith targeted and they all fell off. WR run happened after the Shaq pick toward the end of the first and Gettles felt the pressure and made the trade. Too much value in the third to do this IMO but I do like Funchess better than a TJ Clemmings or a Jalen Strong. What I wonder about is could we have picked a Dorsett-D Smith-Perriman(or one of these targeted guys) and traded up to get Shaq Thompson in the second? Oh well you cant retro draft while your in the moment.

I rolled into my Carolina Panther Coaches fleece jkt..UNCC hat, jeans and grey suede addidas. Breakfast with the fam then shuffle to the ABC store to jet some burbon for the weekend...bc I like to imagine i got the bottle from Mila Kunis' massive barrell of Jim Bean. Making curry chicken and rice tonight and getting toasty on coach with my drink....as I steal the remote so my wife does not watch a marathon of "Scorned" or whatever wife-murders-husband police show it is.
