Is it the best scenario for Cam? Not exactly. But the most overlooked part of all of this is simple yet profound. This became Cam’s team the minute he put that uniform back on. You can’t assign that role, it’s organic. Regardless of his status of knowing the playbook, he’s the leader now and until. It would be flat out malicious to put PJ out there in a situation like this.

Meeeehhhhh, I’m not so sure. His pff grades were decent but that doesn’t calculate his calls. I don’t think he could make the right protection calls. He has the physical ability, but the protections always looked off.

I can’t read WFT as Washington Football Team. My mild to moderate dyslexia coupled with our modern text language creates a neat little mind trick. WFT becomes WTF every time. Not occasionally but every time. I read the title as “Who tf next to get steamrolled…” Works either way.

The team “hoped” he could be back for a potential playoff game. I don’t see a scenario in which he plays a regular season snap. Unless it’s the last week and it’s garbage time just to get on the field.

In all honesty, not just to brown nose PJ’s fans, PJ could be the cheat sheet Cam needs to speed up the process. If PJ is hitting the books that hard already, then he can be in Cam’s ear with the verbiage. Cam knows the plays, just not the specific calls/checks. PJ can bridge that gap while Cam learns it for himself. Im not worried about the PT split. Cam will dominate the snaps from here on.
