Any coach that can take a team to the playoffs with Young as the starter deserves the coach of the century award.

His arm strength is so amazing that we have to put Dalton in for hail marys. lol

and 1 good QB pick in that time...it's a recipe for a losing franchise.

I would like to see him improve his swagger (any at all would be an improvement). I cant think of another NFL player that is so timid.

He was a true outlier but still quite a bit bigger. B Young looks like 5'8" or 5'9". I think we are finding out why a QB that short and slight has never really had success in the NFL.

Young is 4” taller and 30lbs heavier. Any 5’10” or shorter guys that were terrible but turned it around that you can think of?

Hell yes! All we now is a center, a couple of guards, a LT, a QB, a couple of WRs, a TE, a RB, a DE, a CB or two, a LB and we're set!

I agree, but that's pretty hard on the players that want to win. Starting Young is like waving a white flag, there will be a mutiny eventually. Not an easy situation for a new coach.

I think with all the tape the NFL has on Young, he is headed for a sophomore slump.

Dang Jackson is a fuggin beast

Young on many occasions looked like the worst player on the field though.That would never happen with peak Brady or Montana. They could both play under center, do QB sneaks, Hail Marys, accurate deep passes, great footwork and pocket awareness, tons of moxie. All things Young lacks. Young was one of the primary reasons we were so bad this year. Maybe he can turn it around but it would have to be one of the most miraculous 180s the sports world has seen.

We need to draft sub 6' o linemen so Young can see. Worthless o line killed us being so tall last year.
