June, 7 2014. Last match before the boys depart for Brazil. This will probably be the closest thing we see to the WC starting XI.

 

Anyone else going to this match? I will be at the American Outlaws tailgate at 1:00pm.

I'm jealous. A coworker is going - I live in Atlanta so not a terrible drive - but have to go to a wedding this weekend. Ugh.

I thought about it. It's relatively close but I think my family wants me to do something.

More than 40,000 tickets sold already. A friend that went to the Scotland match in Jacksonville a couple of years ago said that they sold around 5,000 more tickets the day of the match. Should be a great atmosphere. Hope we get to hear this.

Nigeria will provide a good test for our back-line.

Mikel (Chelsea), Moses (Liverpool), Onazi (Lazio), Musa (CSKA), and Eminike (Fenerbache) will provide us with a good test of where our back line truly is.

Not to mention they have Odemwingie (Stoke City) who could come off the bench or even start in place of Musa or Eminike.

So the USMNT just posted a pic of the hotel they are staying at in Jacksonville and I literally stayed in that hotel two weeks ago with my dad for a business trip.

FML... wish I was there for the game.
