Dent was a 3rd round selection for them in 2012 and started a lot of games for them in 2012 (less so last year).

Curious move considering the Weatherspoon injury and they're lack of depth at the LB position moving to a 3-4.

Maybe they just figure that Matty Melt is just bound to get hurt behind their OL and they need a potential starter behind him?

Doesn't make much sense to me.

Yates is the only one with more than one year of experience.  And he has as many postseason victories as Ryan.
