Yep. He hit on Coutinho and Studge in his first window, and it's been all downhill since then. They recently fired 3 members of their scouting department in an attempt to deflect blame I feel. He'll be under immense pressure to get this January window right.

Arsenal hit gold with Alexis.  I still believe Ozil is a great player that used wrong.  Everytime Ozil plays in the middle, he does wonders but Wenger constantly plays him on the wings where he struggles because Arsenal scheme requires Wingers to be fast and physical, Ozil is neither.  Hopefully Arsenal will offload Cazorla this summer and give Ozil the start.  Arsenal 2-3 players away from being a great team.

I think Arsenal are 1-2 defenders, a DM, and a true #9 away from being a great team.

We need DM and CB sooooo bad.  Last year we got shreded thru flanks, this year we getting killed in the middle.  I like Welbeck and I think he will do great.  Cazorla fuging blows this year, he misses every shot.  2 games ago he had something like 8 shots from inside the box and all wide.  Arsenal finished the game in a tie.  When Arsenal won 3-0, Cazorla also missed around 5 shots from inside the box.  Not sure what's going on with him.  I will not be surprised if Arsenal will sign some highly ranked midfielder next summer that has a good goal scoring record.  I think Khedira and possibly Hummels will end in Arsenal this winter.

BR is just being stubborn I'm sorry, he's lost his mind.  This should have been the looks for weeks now:

With Studge replacing Balotelli here once the international break is over.  Lallana not getting any minutes is just stupid.  We're desperately lacking creativity on the attack from the midfield and that is exactly what Lallana brings.  BR spends 25 million on him this summer and now doesn't want to play him.  I don't get it.  Gerrard just doesn't belong in the starting lineup anymore, he's still dangerous on free kicks but that's all he's really providing at this point.  Have we scored from a corner yet this year?  How many chances have we even gotten off corners this year?  Last year we were lethal on them, this year half the time the ball is too short or too long.  

 

I think BR is a quality manager but he just looks lost right now and new blood is needed.  There is talent on this team BR is just too stubborn to make any changes.  It's like he drew up how he thought this team was gonna work and he's gonna stick with it even though the team is playing like poo.

      Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.

      I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
