Jason Day is only a couple back and didn't play particularly well today. And he and Phil could post a score a few holes ahead of the final group and see what happens.

 

That being said, Rory has been pretty fugging consistent for a few weeks now....

I don't know if anybody was watching when they asked the guys on the tour which football player they would most want to be. Everybody of course said Peyton or Brady. Rory said Cam. I'm not a big fan of Rory at all but I thought that was cool to hear.

Plus, the X factor could be the "mud balls" having to be played today.

 

I have a tough time hitting the ball straight while it is clean, not sure what I'd do if I had a patch of mud stuck to it.  Might be better now that I think of it.

"Yeah, that one had some mud on it and I thought it might go way right..." is a much better and easier excuse for hitting a poo shot than going out of your way to act out a bad back or something similar.

As I've stated in other threads and posts, people's personal feelings about someone they likely don't know, have probably never met or spoken with are really getting in the way of rational, logical thinking here.

I'm hoping they finish this up tonight. I'm pulling for Rickie and Phil but if I had to choose I would pick Rickie. I would hate for him to have to sleep on this lead with 3 or 4 holes to go with all these big names nipping at his heels.

Rickie might have taken the lead too early.  Nerves on the back nine could get him if he is still leading.

I can't imagine this Sunday isn't getting great TV ratings even with Tiger not in it.

May show the American Public has moved on to new or in Lefty's case past champions and still watching.
