TD's injury to me looked like a hamstring.

To me Stewart's injury didn't seem too major, given how he was moving afterwards. I was fearing the worst after seeing the replay.

He actually lost a fair amount of weight heading into this season.

The problem is, our offensive line is much, much worse than it was last year (losing Gross and Wharton is huge), so it's harder for him to look good when he's just getting hit three yards behind the line of scrimmage.
