NFL in Los Angeles

I may be in the minority here, but I would love to hear the "Los Angeles Raiders" again. It would be like NWA and the early 90's all over. I already have a Los Angeles Raiders hat, so I'm practically half-way there as a fan. Just need to make sure I still have my bulletproof vest lying around.

Vests do expire. Just trying to help you out

I just received a text from my brother in law that the Rams just opened up an account with our local dry cleaners for the rosebowl for this coming pre-season..... either dry cleaning is expensive in St. Louis or the Rams are prepared to move here (Pasadena) and play in the Rose Bowl for the next few years while the stadium is built.

Carson seems to be in turmoil with the Raiders not even showing up for a meeting.

Inglewood, Rams and Chargers looking more and more realistic.

http://www.latimes.com/sports/nfl/la-sp-nfl-stadium-20150626-story.html They're "looking" for a temporary place to play next year. I firmly believe the Rose Bowl is the place.

San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer and his colleagues have been busy since then trying to convince the powers that rule the National Football League that San Diego has a workable proposal that could still be finalized this year if only the Chargers group would engage. But no more meetings with the Chargers representatives are expected at least until after an Aug. 11 gathering of all NFL owners in Chicago. That meeting was scheduled to discuss the three-ring circus in which the owner of the St. Louis Rams, Stan Kroenke, is vowing to relocate his team to Los Angeles, the Chargers have partnered with their rival Oakland Raiders to beat Kroenke to L.A., and public officials in all three cities are trying to keep their teams at home.

There is speculation that the owners at that August meeting may delay the entire process for a year to let everything percolate in the three cities to see what develops.

That would likely be the best possible outcome for Faulconer and company and for San Diego.

As noted by the U-T’s David Garrick last week, a delay would give the city-county negotiators significantly more time to reach a deal with Chargers owner and chairman Dean Spanos, more time to sort out the complicated issues involving an environmental impact report on a stadium project and more time to prepare a campaign – a countywide campaign – to win voter support for a stadium project in November 2016.

    • See that's the thing what I saw in game 2 was so embarrassing id rather they could just forfeit
    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so from the mind of a rational observer.
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now.
