Which way is up?

Possibly the worst div in the NFL and we can't hold on. At this point it's safe to say we are no longer deep postseason contenders. Where is our leadership at? Are we going to aim high and try to close the season with an attempt to take back the south or collapse and look to save cap money and secure an early pick? I hate the idea of this team giving up. I'd rather see us embrace a hard fought 6-9-1 than back down now. To me the biggest sign is the lack of Ron and company's willingness to take the heat for this teams poor play. Don't pass the buck, bite the bullet and own up. Every Ron presser seems to involve the concept of it not being a team level issue, but rather certain positions underperforming their ability levels. Time to take responsibility and start taking some risks. Acknowledge we don't have the best talent and gamble a bit, what else do we have?
