Meaning giving other younger players a chance to see the field..

11 games and a losing record is enough to see Harper, Avant, Dickson, Dwill, and others aren't part of this teams future. . A lot of these guys shouldn't be here next year anyway.

So maybe some of the younger players like Philly, Boston, Swoll Fozzy and S Hill can move up in the depth chart and get much needed playing and development time. So we can see if any of these guys are worth keeping for next season.

Is it time to give some practice squad players and backup's field work over the older vets who aren't in the teams plan moving Foward??

no we still have a chance to get the division lead in a week's time. If we were 3-4 games down, sure.

3-7-1 Sounds aweful and it id, but a 4-6 division leader isnt much better!

With this coaching staff it's a mystery if they know who is better or not. Example after example they shown the inability to determine the best players to put on the field. .
