If I'm the Titans, and the Browns or Eagles are offering a king's ransom, I do the trade and don't even consider taking Mariota.  Mettenberger might be legit, and at the very least, he can get them through to their next franchise QB with one of the picks they accumulate from the trade...  Not to mention, it's likely they'll acquire Bradford as stop-gap insurance as well.
