If a healthy and happy Cam goes off this year? We are talking MVP. Oh...and probably three time winner of the NFCS with, dare I say, Playoff Success.

This team is pretty well set up to allow Cam to take us anywhere he can lead us.

A happy, and truly healthy Cam should be a scary thought for anyone not a Panther fan. And judging from early reports, he is looking as good as ever.

I agree Cam can absolutely be an MVP candidate this year.  Only thing that's gonna be holding him back is the man calling the plays.  Maybe the best o-line he's ever played behind if Oher can be decent, probably the best receiving core he's ever had including Olsen and he seems healthier than ever according to Jeremy.  God is it fuging September yet baby let's fuging go can't wait to beat the Falcons and Saints by 40 again this year

Start out low key, build the suspense, then pounce with the eruption. All very dramatic. I like it.

We, as with most teams, will only go as far as our QB can take us. Fortunately, we happen to have one Cam Newton for our QB. A healthy, for once, Cam Newton. A happy Cam Newton. A raring to go Cam Newton. I like our chances.

As for Shula. We move the ball rather efficiently between the 20's. It is that pesky Red Zone that gets in our way. Clean that area up, and we can compete with anyone.

So in summary let me say this. I am as giddy over an up-coming season this year as I ever have been. And for me, that is quite a statement.

Fast foward to Dallas, they essentially lean into the same game plan against the Cowboys and I think everyone was surprised by how quickly it started to look complimentary.  In my opinion the productive offense really helped the defense as well.  We played quite solid against a top offense. Finally we make our way to the Jets and Bills, Chubba's return.  You can't say the low scoring affair and return to ineffective football against the Jets was all on Chubba, they were indeed a better defense and so was Buffalo.  But the production difference between the two backs in both games was both visually and statistically obvious.  The bigger picture is the offense took a major step back as well.  They are other moving parts and it's isn't all one thing, BY9>Dalton by a decent margin at this point.   But yeah, Rico's vision and athleticism is just better than Chubba and it jumps at you.
    • First day in 3 weeks my pain started to dwindle just a tiny bit.  Got switched from hydrocodone to post-shingles pain patches.  My insurance refused to pay for my patches as I’m too young for shingles per them.  I also need a prescription to get shingles shot and insurance also won’t pay for it even thought I just had shingles and in high risk to get it again.
