This is going to get ugly I fear. Barcelona's three up top are the most lethal attack in the history of the game imo, No Chiellini means no chance for Juventus, and even with him it was a HUGE uphill battle.

Juve have managed to absorb all that pressure. If they can settle down some more, they will win this game.

They were able to disrupt Barca attack by constantly faulting them.  Gotta be careful because without Pogba or Vidal, Barca will open floodgates.

Barcelona could go deep in the World Cup, lol. What a roster. Those goals were a thing of beauty. What, to an untrained eye, looked like lucky passes/bounces was 100% planned and executed. Scary.

I'm not sure how anyone can hate Barcelona.  They produce art.

 

In another news, right after CL, Neymar was informed that he's under investigation by Brazilian authorities for tax evasion.

      I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

      Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
