Why didn't the clock stop on the last drive?

Exactly.  I forgot to mention it was the second to last drive....not the final drive.  Whatever happened it killed lots of clock.

I remember watching it live and being livid as fug for the clock not stopping. I counted and it was around 30 seconds that ran off. In the end it was beneficial since they would have had another 30 seconds to work with, but who knows. Diving into the whole 'would have, could of, should of' subject has its variables. Rather not go into that. It just worked in our favor in the end, that's what I care about. But it was very strange that the clock was not stopped when he stepped out of bounds. There was no one near him to touch him until he stepped out of bounds.

I remember that and I think it was less than 2 minutes but not sure.  Kinda figured ref's were screwing us again but they said upstairs was in charge of clock after last week.for some reason.

Also thought of the knee at half and with 30 seconds left and no urgency.  Kinda nagged at me too.

We were behind our own 20 yard line with 30 seconds left and only down 3. Seattle wouldn't have been defending the run at that point, and the last thing I'd want to see is a turnover trying to force something with so far to go and such little time to do it, and give Seattle a real short field to score again and extend their lead right before halftime.

Smart move was what Rivera did. On the road against defending NFC champs only down 3 at the half and getting the 2nd half kickoff.
