Older fans, who ya got? Olsen or Walls?

I loved Walls and he certainly helped us smile in the darker days.  Was one of my favorite players for the longest time and Olsen has been and is an amazing player, man, and team captain.  This guy will end up being my favorite TE in the NFL and for the Panthers as his body of work is still progressing and like TD, he is a consummate professional and Panther.

I love both for very similar reasons as stated previously and don't have to choose, they are both Panthers!

They were different players with different styles. Walls was not fast but he could find holes in the defense and he was very surehanded. He was great on third down when you had to get a first down. He was not a good blocker because he didn't like to do the dirty work and the system was pass heavy.

Olsen is really a big receiver who plays tight end. He not only has great hands but he has speed and can make all the catches. What separates him from Walls is that Olsen is unselfish and will do whatever he can to win whether that is blocking or catching passes. He like the team are high character high effort players who pounds for 60 minutes every week. I loved Walls but Olsen can do everything Walls can do and more.

Walls bitched sooooo much. It's a stark contrast to the leadership that Greg provides. For that reason alone, I'd pick Greg.
