Ron Rivera says he's heard from John Madden several times this season when Panthers have hit certain milestones. He passed that on to team.

This is what stats can't elaborate on. Physicality. Toughness. Cohesiveness. The way this team plays together in sync is greater than any squad I think this franchise has ever had. This is also caused by certain young leaders on this team getting even better than their respective individual accolades as rookies and player of the year awards. When you thought Luke couldn't get better, We didn't quite imagine the type of leader, teammate and coach he would be to communicate and decipher what he sees oppose. We knew he was great in the film room, but could I imagine how that tenacity off the field translates into inspiration to other players? This is the best team we've ever had, and it being so young in our leaders careers makes for a very exciting future, as well as an obvious amazing present. Cheers.

We really need Addison on the field for depth and to help keep our DL fresh and more effective at the pass rush. 

Things are coming together nicely at just the right time, preparing for our playoff run. 

Look at the improvement we've seen by Love while DL starters have been on the sideline and what he will be able to add as the rust gets shaken-off by players coming off of injury.
