I'm with the guy above me that said Seattle, then Arizona.

I want the two teams everybody has been slurping just to beat them into the ground and shut everybody up. I SINCERELY want to be called the worst Super Bowl champion by Facebook football analysts and I want the Fox/NFLN/ESPN analysts that doubted us to eat crow. Sincerely I hope that happens.

I would have thought they would have played the Saturday primetime game since it's a chance CAR may play SEA again.

How do we not get the primetime 8:00pm schedule with us likely facing the Seahawks? It makes no sense.

I think the playoff tv schedule was planned & agreed to by all the networks as part of the initial tv packages. Long before they knew who would be playing and back when no one on the national scene ever gave the Panthers a thought of being the #1 seed.

You guys have one quality win, us. We were not playing as a team and dropped a bunch of games in the 4th quarter. Other than Ted Ginn, your team doesn't put a whole lot of fear into us offensively. You guys had a bye and got dropped by the Niners a couple years ago and you haven't. We have an elite quarterback who has been setting nfl history records the last 5 weeks. Your team is vastly overrated and Cam is going to get what's coming to him in a couple weeks. :)

Did you say this before we beat you guys previously this season? :)

But seriously, you Seahawk fans are arrogant as fug. Already, have your next game locked up as a win so you come to talk poo here huh? Begone, no 12th man is saving you this postseason.

We're the number 1 seed we don't fear you guys. We didn't fear you and your 12 man last game and we for damn sure won't fear you at home in Carolina and that controversy bullshit doesn't fly with me. All of your losses except for the Rams have come to playoff teams. So that means it wasn't luck that made you lose those games, it was better teams that beat you. So, nothing will make me happier than to see you Seahawk fans who are arrogant as fug to get what's coming to you from the Panthers.

You are a Panthers fan with the word "Saint" in your username, guess you'll have to explain that to me. Well, that killer schedule against the AFC Soft (South) and facing Atlanta, Tampon Bay and New Orleans should have you battle tested no doubt. We are ranked ahead of you in Total offense and Total Defense and we have the best special teams in football. Look at strength of schedule and perhaps you can entertain me as to why the Panthers will win.

your attempt to navigate our poo layout is amusing, go troll the Vikings forums and comeback next week, punk.

I don't have to explain anything to you considering you're not even a Panthers fan and what the hell are you even doing on this forum right now when your next game is versus the vikings? I don't think there is a more arrogant fanbase around right now than the Seahawks. Are you one of the new Seahawk fans btw? Because using Total Offense and Total Defense as some sort of guarantee that you guys will win makes me laugh.

I have posted on here 40 times so that hardly qualifies me as a troll. The Vikings amassed 99 passing yards and balanced that with 70 yards rushing?? Their fans seem to be a little more even keel about next weeks match up with most thinking they are going to lose.

Hey pal,

I live in Washington and have seen your fanbase go from talking mad poo, to disappearing, to returning to talk mad poo again.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but what happened earlier in the year when you guys had Jimmy Graham (who had a monster game against us), didn't you lose? In Seattle?

After all of that, the Panthers have gone on to be 15-1 while you are 10-6. You claim we have no quality wins and Cam is overrated yet believe RW is MVP because he put up a couple of 3 td performances against the almighty and amazing Baltimore Ravens, 49ers, Steelers and Vikings with their top 3 defensive players out (would be like us missing Kuechly, Norman and Davis).

You Seahawks fans amaze me. Never have I seen fans jump off and on a bandwagon so easily. It makes me wonder...if you lose to the Vikings this week, will you even ever come back here? Probably not. You'll probably brush off your Patriots or Broncos cap and put it back on.

Anyways, enjoy the wild card game on Sunday. And go fug yourself.

Here's one reason why:

P.S.

We don't have to pull fire alarms here in Carolina to try and get the advantage

How cute. You have to go back a whole season to find a time when Seattle was relevant and could back up your talk.

    • I’m not mad at Moehrig.  He’s great at what he does.  And to be honest, a lot of my favorite safeties in our history were box-first type guys - Maxie, Minter, Mike Mitchell, Chris Harris…  they’re first and foremost objective was to put people on their backs and coverage was secondary.  There is a place for that.  There is a definite need for that.  Physical guys that set the tone.  So cool, we have that in Moerhig. But what we have lacked for the vast majority of our existence is a true free safety that cleans everything up on the back end.  Sometimes they come in the form of a JOAT, like Peppers.  I think he would be a fantastic compliment to Moehrig’s strengths and weaknesses.  If we don’t go after him, I certainly hope Ransom is given the chance to grow and develop in real-time with real game reps, because what he did in preseason was very encouraging to see.  I hope he can grow into that roaming center fielder with a little bit of an edge to him as an enforcer as well.  He has the tools.  In the meantime, adding Peppers would only help.
    • Option 1 is most likely. Even if he kills it this year, it wouldn't be prudent to rush an extension for one good season. If you have to pay him more because you waited another year, then he earned it. And that's OK. Adjust accordingly.
    • Cam had the advantage of having a very strong supporting cast his first 2 seasons. Things definitely worsened later on. But those first couple of years can kill a QB. Some never truly recover. If they do recover it takes years, and usually with another team. Trying to learn to be an NFL QB with TEs and WRs that are trying to learn too is a recipe for disaster. Imagine if Cam's rookie season was that 2014 offensive squad. Changes everything! I said it when they moved up in 2023. This team wasn't ready for a rookie QB yet. Anyone that thinks Stroud would have been a lot better is delusional. The correct formula is to build a strong team and then you go get your rookie QB. Not the other way around. BY is going into his third season and we're still trying to put a respectable group of WRs and TEs around him. I think they have the right personnel now. Unfortunately they haven't developed into actual NFL players yet.  This season we should expect consistency and aggressiveness from BY. Mostly for his development but also to DEVELOP his young cast.
