Is your friend gay? Or just not familiar with the NFL?

Although, after last week, looks like he definitely got the best value for his pick (assuming late round pick).

Im sharing a team with a friend of mine. Its a keeper league. We kept smith(the real one), who he got in the 3rd or 4th rd last year. Ive got him starting again this week, but im tempted to yank him and put in S. Holmes. Fitz is our other #1. Its early, everyone gets bent out of shape even after one game. Its a long season.

And you are questioning the gayness of someone? :rolleye:

Touche'

Friend couldnt draft because he was on vacation. It was a live draft, and i was 600 miles away. Did it by text message. One of the most difficult and trying experiences of my life....but we are 1-0.

And i havent sent him my $50 check yet, so ill wait and see how things turn out. lol

This league also charges $2 per transaction which the Huddle League should try. It really builds the pot and makes people think before just adding and dropping every week. Its a $100 per team league, but the $2 transaction fees really add up.

Maybe Huddle folks in Charlotte could do a live draft league next year for a little more cash. It would be fun.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
