 I agree that major college programs produce the most talent.  Your point is valid.  However there are plently of examples of guys who have has great NFL careers who come from mid major programs.  The level of talent is not so far different.  Who knows how these will dudes pan out.  Its all a crap shoot in my opiniion.  I trust the guys who are paid to make these decisions.  Gettlemans history shows he knows more than most of us in this board,

I think it has to do a lot more with our hard working scouting dept and GM, than luck.

None of the players drafted are perfect at their craft.  That is why we pay coaches. We have some of the best and I trust they will turn these guys athleticism, experience,  and desire into talented NFL players.  Look what they did with Norman.
