He's been one of the backups that has performed really well and you haven't heard much about him because he's just done a good job and has played with the 1s when Kalil was out.

I like him but don't see him being a top of the league starter. Could certainly be the next man up but doubt that we'd want to settle on him at that position. Now of course, we are looking to upgrade every single position if the means are justified, but guys like Turner and Norwell aren't easy to upgrade, if you even can. That's why I think we're going to settle on them as our guards for a long time but if Gradkowski ends up the next man up, we'll probably be looking to upgrade center more than other positions, like guard.
