What our offense needs to do, right now

Cam needs short routes to get some confidence and keep us from always being in 3rd and long.  Run, run, sack, punt is not working anymore!

Tolbert needs to go.  We need new tackles too - but in the short term we have to start drinking and dunking to get a damn first down every now and then.

I don't know what is worse, watching the panthers offense, or watching a real team with a real offensive scheme that reminds you how shitty the panthers' offense is.

Would require Shula to admit that his current play selection isn't working and have to change. He will not.
