Official Cardinals at Panthers Gameday Thread...

Cards have a potentially potent offense no doubt. But it isn't as if Julio Jones is going to be walking through that door.

At this point the D is what it is. I'm expecting the OL to at an absolute minimum be serviceable so our offense can score points. If not, heads must roll.

Cards have a legit running game. I am more concerned with that and the inability for the corners to get much help because of it. Cards will gash us on the ground or in the air. Hopefully not both.

Falcons have a great running game. Coleman and Freeman together in that o-line blocking scheme of Shanahan's is every bit as good as David Johnson. And I'd say the Falcons passing game is much better, Julio alone is better than all the Cards receivers combined, and Ryan has played 10x better than Palmer has this year. That being said, the Cards have a defense, the Falcons don't. No idea what will happen either but I have hope.

    • All people (that get millions) had to do was watch that LSU game against Bryce in 2022. What they did in that game was the closest thing Bryce was going to see every Sunday, and he struggled mightily. It's kind of ironic, that game was the most Bryce game ever. He threw a redzone int early, it took him 51 passes to even crack 300 yds, he held onto the ball too long, he couldn't see down the middle because LSU was busting up the middle, he short armed a bunch of throws, etc.  You would think our scouts and FO that get paid millions would have easily saw this red flag, yet they chose to ignore it and based their decision of his backyard football highlight tape lol Meanwhile CJ Stroud faced a defense that was going to be similar to what he was going to see every Sunday and passed with flying colors.
    • My dislike of Bryce comes not from him but from the Truthers who continue to think he can become something he never will.  3 years in and he still needs MORE time? Nah, by year three you should not still have questions whether you will be the long term starter.
    • Exactly. This has decimated the fanbase as well. There’s wayyyy less excitement even for a year where we have “improved”
