Chargers go nowhere.  Oakland with the ball up 3 on the San Diego 14, 1:37 left, Chargers with one TO left.  Chargers in Cleveland next week and I'm not even sure that's a slam dunk.  We need to lose tomorrow.

The only good news we got was Indy and Buffalo winning and they should both win at least 1 more (safe unless we win 3, ugh). Cincy will likely lose last 2 (they'll sit AJ Green), NO is likely to lose their last two, SD will go 1-1 since they play Cleveland, Philly will lose last 2, Arizona plays LA, so one of them will win 1, but LA also plays SF, so LA either wins 2 or Arizona wins 1 and the Jets will lose 2.

If we lose out, we'll be 7th. If we win 1, we're probably 9th. If we win 2, we pick 12th and damn it if we win 3, we could pick as bad as 15th. At this point, I hope we sit Luke for next year and don't win any more. We are really poorly positioned to go on a good run and blow our pick. The fall from 7th to 15th is gigantic.

A win against the Falcons knowing it ruined their playoff hopes or at least the division would be worth the fall from 7 to 9-given that we'd still be ahead of the Saints.  For the Bengals and Eagles (Browns) to pass us would be less than ideal but bearable.  Winning one of the other two IS NOT WORTH IT.  Hopefully the Eagles will beat the Cowboys who will have already clinched, and the Steelers will officially eliminate the Ravens in Pittsburgh next week so that they have no fight in Cincy for the finale.  Then a win against the Falcons and still pick 7.  A man can dream.  But first things first.  Lose tomorrow.

But for fans that support the team, it's common sense.  All Panther haters are rooting for wins at this point.  8-8 is orgasmic utopia for them-out of the playoffs and middling picks in every round.  F our haters.  Give us the picks.

Jameis and the Bucs are going to be good for a stretch. If the Saints could get back in form, the NFCS will be dominant for the forseeable future.

Wow. Bucs are slicing and dicing right now.

Since I believe the notion we could possibly still be in the playoffs is most likely false, I hope they win the division.

Better than having the Falcons or Aints in the playoffs.
