Basically this. If he's 100% then yes we'd all love to have him as depth at least, but none of us want to see anyone to destroy their life for a game

If Oher plays this year, it is because he is able to, willing to and needed by the team. If Oher doesn't play this year, it could be that things didn't work out one way or the other and this young man has had an incredibly interesting life arc for the first 32 years of his life. He will do well financially, has good people behind him and I hope and pray that he will have continued good health for the rest of his days.

 

Don't bring logic into this. We have a team of doctors on this board who who would never clear this man. They are also GMs and Head coaches as there side job. Now who are you going to trust. One organization or a team of doctors.

He has to show up if he plans on getting a check. He is still under contract and in the protocol. Until the Panthers settle and release him it will remain in this weird awkward situation.
