I saw the new mindset when he caught that pass stiff armed the defender and got more yards. Not just catch and fall down or get twisted up by a 5'10" CB.

No excuse to not get YACs at 6'5" 250+. Glad to see that fire from him.

Yeah because he always catches the ball and falls down? He sent Jalen Collins 8 yards backwards last year on a 4th and 2 but lets not count that or that many other times he's fought through contact.

If you don't watch the games that's fine but don't sit here and post garbage and then act like you do. It's not exactly Benjamin's game to pick up a bunch of YAC especially when the other team is gameplanning for him specifically.

It never gets mentioned but Benjamin has always seen the other teams number 1 corner since the day he has stepped onto the field. If there's a recipe for disaster it's having your raw rookie WR go up against others teams number 1's yet Benji had no problems with taking on that challenge and he's succeeded against some of the best. The fact our other receivers STILL can't be difference makers with the other teams number 1 corner taken out of the equation basically sums things up.

I'll believe it when I see it. Go ahead ahead, poo on me but y'all know I'm right. If Funchess has a lot to prove this year, then Benjamin will be fighting for his starting position because he was lackluster last season. No more excuses.

I don't think he deserves a contract extension worth more than 35-40M.

Everybody is on his nuts for losing weight. Great! Now if only he could keep it off and remain in good shape year round like Cam, Stewart, McCaffrey, Funchess, Olsen, etc.

I'm the same way, after 10+ years of looking for our next WR. Gotta show me something. I don't hold last year against KB. If he was tentative I don't blame him. But it's time to take over the WRs and be #1.

"And be the number1"? Please enlighten me, who has been our number 1 WR the 2/3 years that Benji has played?

I see why you just post music videos 99% of the time.

Wanna bet? If he continues to wing it with sloppy play, it's only a matter of time. He struggles to get separation, quits on routes and continues to have concentration drops.

We just drafted McCaffrey and Samuel.

You do realize if he cleans up these concentration drops you speak of that he will be a more reliable target then Olsen right. Last season they were both fighting for the lowest drop % on the team. Kelvin having bad hands as far as last year goes, just isn't true anymore.

Kelvin dropped fewer passes than Larry Fitz last season, now if he resorts back to his rookie season drop % you can make the argument but at this point and time its false.

BINGO

And they started double teaming him as well. Caps comments while in Minnesota should be all people need to hear about how they and other teams viewed our passing attack. Hell the snip from the Rams All or Nothing had Kelvin in a wr tier by himself.

If anyone hasn't noticed. Both years KB has played the offensive line has been plagued with injuries. Pretty much decimated. The offense was meh at best.  He averaged 975 yards and  8 TDs.  He had an ACL injury in there too. So I believe some optimism is in store for his future.

He did this with a TE who gets a the most receptions and an offense that runs primarily as well. Each season we were ranked 25th in passing play percentage.

yeah, okay.

I'm still waiting for the WR, you want to believe I gotta see.

You've already said that and had no rebuttal when asked to name our number 1 WR.

It's like going back and forth with a 2 year old that just shouts "no" regardless of you what you say.

This is a prime example as to why actual football is never discussed on this board anymore.
