We all learned that over the past few years. Gettleman did no wrong (even though he had a huge laundry list of errors given his short time), and all Hurney's great moves that led to success were all Gettleman's doing.

Terrible system fit for what Buffalo are trying to do - they wanted rid of him and were happy to get something instead of nothing.

Great move by the Hurninator, and displays one of his key strengths - understanding the other guy's needs. (As opposed to a selfish tantrum twit like Gettleman.)
