I hope we have a interview process again and not just continue with Hurney as GM. As bad as hate to see things blown up and start over it needs to change. Hurney is not the answer. A new GM usually wants to pick his HC, so everything would change from top to bottom. It may have started with the firing of Gettleman. One can hope.
